Our client is seeking a Director of Business Development to join their team. As a Director of Business Development, you will be part of the sales department supporting the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Director of Business Development

**Location:** Mcsherrystown, PA

(Hybrid - Monday to Friday with 2 days working in the office)

**Pay Range:** $90,000 - $110,000 + performance bonus potential

What's the Job?

+ Oversee and manage the estimating team to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, millwork firms, and key stakeholders.

+ Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance goals and accountability standards.

+ Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in commercial construction.

+ Review bids, proposals, and contracts to maximize profitability and maintain competitiveness.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in sales, preferably in general contracting or millwright work.

+ Ability to read and understand estimates and project pricing.

+ Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
