    The Mechatronics Sustainable Packaging organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Hardware Team in Westborough, MA.

     

    This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

    About the team

    Mechatronics Sustainable Packaging (MSP) develops, deploys and scales automated solutions across the Amazon Fulfillment Network. This group will work backwards from deep customer insights to deliver solutions. In addition, we are a thread that impacts and connects all parts of the Amazon Stores supply chain and customer experience. We take ownership for the entire packaging experience including selling partner design, first/middle/last mile and total customer experience. We eliminate waste and packaging wherever possible.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

     

    - High school or equivalent diploma

     

    - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

     

    - Experience with executive level calendar management

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

     

    - Experience managing multiple calendars
