Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Fresno, California. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness.

• Perform invoice reconciliation to ensure accurate billing and payment records.

• Manage auditing tasks to maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Handle billing functions, including generating invoices and resolving discrepancies.

• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide financial support.

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline and enhance financial operations.

• Maintain and organize administrative records related to financial activities.

• Review and process payable invoices to ensure proper documentation and adherence to guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and support organizational goals. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related financial roles.

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems such as Ceridian and Concur.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Experience with auditing and invoice reconciliation tasks.

• Solid communication skills for effective customer interactions.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
