    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee all general accounting functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.

    + Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate results.

    + Supervise and mentor a small accounting staff, supporting their professional growth and productivity.

    + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial processes align with business needs.

    + Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Experience

     

    + Education: Degree in Accounting required.

    + Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

    + Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and strong knowledge of GAAP standards.

    + Personal Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team effectively. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.
