Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Pine Brook, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to clients by managing orders, processing returns, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update orders, inventory, and customer data using Microsoft Dynamics GP.

• Process customer returns, warranty claims, and resolve related issues efficiently.

• Prepare and maintain reports for sales teams and clients, ensuring accurate and timely information.

• Monitor client accounts for backorders, shipments, and cancellations, providing updates as needed.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the success of client programs and initiatives.

• Respond to inbound calls and emails, delivering excellent customer service.

• Schedule appointments and handle inquiries with attention to detail and efficiency.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain detailed records and documentation.

• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to complete administrative tasks and reporting. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Excel, and Word.

• Strong communication skills for managing inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with order entry processes and maintaining accurate customer records.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
