Title: Customer Service Representative

Schedule: M-F 8 AM- 5 PM

Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

+ Perform all aspects of customer order processing

+ Initiate, monitor, and coordinate high volume of email communications between customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time

+ Handle customer returns and complaints.

+ Respond to customer and sales force inquiries via phone and email

+ Maintain and update customer requirements and account information in database / operating systems

+ Clerical/administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

+ Minimum three years’ experience in a Customer Service role dealing directly with customers and internal departments via phone and email (i.e., processing orders, samples, returns, account updates, general customer support, etc.).

+ Experience with overseas shipping and working with freight forwarders, preferred but not required

+ Must be detail oriented, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond to high volume incoming orders and inquiries promptly and with accuracy

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel

+ Experience in database software/operating system (SAP)
