Description
Responsibilities: Workday data integrity audits, data conversion and integration error corrections, frontline/tier1 Workday production support for both ship & shore. Assist with data mapping integrations – Workday/MAPS/OneView bi-directional and Workday to PeopleSoft, data audits – compare Workday data to MAPS, OneView and PeopleSoft, fix data conversion errors between Workday, MAPS, OneView and PeopleSoft. · Manage HR Systems team members, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to foster a high-performing, innovative and collaborative team environment. · Subject matter expert to independently lead and configure Workday Talent and Performance Management from the initial implementation through stabilization and ongoing optimization. · Support Compensation Review cycles and system enhancements to Workday Core and Advanced Compensation. · Serve as the functional/technical liaison between the HR teams and IT teams on system and reporting improvements, upgrades, system testing, conversions, implementations, and training. · Collaborate with HR centers of excellence, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable HR technology solutions. · Analyze business processes and resolve issues and concerns. · Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Workday Core HCM frontline/production support and experience going through a Workday implementation. Data entry, data corrections, creating & loading EIB’s (Enterprise Interface Builder), canceling and rescinding business processes. Microsoft Excel – vlookups, pivot tables, formulas. Desired: Data conversion, data field mapping integrations between Workday and other legacy HRIS systems (i.e., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, UKG, MAPS)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
