Job Title: Global Support Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a Metrology Engineer Manager to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a Metrology Engineer Manager, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation, and Customer Trust. In our Metrology department, you’ll be responsible for new technology process transfer and matching to ensure successful Fab ramp to high volume manufacturing (HVM). You will be responsible for new tool installation, qualification, and sustainment in a green field Fab, and rapidly deploy the fleet to meet wafer output commitments.
Responsibilities
+ Install and qualify CD-SEM, OCD, Inspection, and Overlay Metrology tools, working with the installation team, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
+ Sustain and maintain metrology tools, ensuring tool availability, tool-to-tool matching, and engaging in various continuous improvement projects.
+ Coordinate with various metrology vendors for tool installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
+ Manage a diverse team of engineers and technicians to ensure all metrology tools are healthy and well-matched.
+ Collaborate with various modules to discuss and solve metrology measurement issues.
Essential Skills
+ Metrology
+ Management skills
+ Semiconductor knowledge
+ Bachelors or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Automation Engineering or related fields
+ High volume manufacturing experience
+ Experience in single wafer etching at 300mm semiconductor fabs (experience on KLA/ONTO/AMAT/Hitachi is preferred)
+ Team management experience with teams of 3 people or larger
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ B.S. (~5+ years experience), Masters (~5-10+ years experience) or Ph.D. (~2+ years experience) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Automation Engineering related fields
+ Experience in single wafer etching at 300mm semiconductor fabs (experience on KLA/ONTO/AMAT/Hitachi is preferred)
+ Experience in section management, metrology tools, root cause analysis, process flow, process inspection, installation, CVD, PECVD, ALD, and deposition modules
Work Environment
You will work in a cleanroom environment where closed-toed shoes and bunny suits are required. When not in the cleanroom, casual business attire is acceptable. The work environment is collaborative and focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
