X-Ray Technologist-Full-Time-TEMP position-Hospital Setting- Brooklyn, NY

Overview:

Are you a skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technologist looking to join a dynamic healthcare team? FlexStaff is seeking a full-time -TEMP, X-Ray Tech to provide high-quality imaging services for our client in their Radiology Department. This position offers flexible scheduling opportunities, with a specific focus on weekend mid-day shifts. This Position is a Full-Time-TEMP-13 Week Contract Position

Responsibilities:

+ Perform high-quality X-Ray examinations while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

+ Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and answer any questions they may have.

+ Operate X-Ray equipment efficiently and accurately, adhering to protocols and safety standards.

+ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

+ Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

+ Adhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols.

Qualifications:

+ Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography or equivalent.

+ Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.

+ Strong knowledge of X-Ray imaging protocols and procedures.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $60-$80/hour
