    City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated Night Time Facility Supervisor to join our team! This role is critical in ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly during the night shift, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence for our clients.

     

    As the Night Time Facility Supervisor, you will oversee various aspects of facility management, including supervising staff, coordinating nightly operations, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues that arise after hours. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to motivate your team and ensure compliance with established protocols.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise night shift staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

    + Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain quality assurance.

    + Address client requests and resolve issues promptly.

    + Assist in training new team members on company procedures and safety protocols.

    + Maintain accurate records of operations and any incidents occurring during the shift.

    + Communicate effectively with management and provide feedback on staff performance.

    + Develop and implement improvements to service delivery and operational procedures.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in facility management preferred.

    + Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.

    + Strong organizational and leadership skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

    + Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
