Full Time School Aide Opening in Wisconsin Dells, WI. For Fall 2025 to Spring 2026

Current opening for a dedicated and compassionate School Aide to join the Special Education team in Wisconsin Dells, WI. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with special needs.

Position Details:

School: Elementary, Middle school, High School

Pay Rate: $17.50-$20/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Department: Special Education

Job Description:

As a School Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students with special needs, ensuring they receive the best possible educational experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support, and collaborating with teachers and other staff members.

Qualifications:

+ Associate’s degree or successful completion of a formal assessment test (ParaEducator Master Teacher).

+ Eligibility for Wisconsin Special Education Program Aide Certification #883.

+ Ability to lift/move 50 pounds where applicable.

+ Basic information technology and media skills.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment (e.g., standing, bending, kneeling).
