We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

**Responsibilities** :

+ Work safely without presenting direct threat to self or others

+ Establish and manage travel and service schedules for TSG team.

+ Be self-motivated, and have a desire to become a team leader

+ Diagnose hydraulic problems in equipment and perform quick turnaround repair time

+ Have a high level of skill in the care and use of hand and power tools, at times to be manipulated in areas of limited space

+ Work in adverse weather conditions

+ Communicate with supervisor and safety personnel with little to no supervision

+ Eager to learn

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

+ 2-3 years of mechanic experience

+ 2-3 years of team management experience

+ Hydraulic systems experience

+ Electrical experience (Certification is a plus)

+ Be able to lift 50 pounds

+ Have a valid driver’s license
