+ Helping patients improve communication, thinking, and swallowing skills

+ Adjusting treatments based on progress and goals

+ Educating patients and families to support success at home

+ Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and the full rehab team

    + Documenting clearly and thoroughly

+ Supervising speech students and rehab techs as needed

+ Pitching in on performance improvement projects and department initiatives

+ Keeping your space safe, clean, and organized

+ Leading or contributing to special projects and programs

+ Staying current with professional development and best practices

+ Supporting a culture of safety, quality, and great patient experiences

    What You Need:

+ A degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

+ A current Missouri Speech Pathologist License

+ Eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year or holds Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA

+ Solid written and verbal communication skills

+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
