    FMLA Speech-Language Pathologist

     

    AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a short-term FMLA leave position in a highly collaborative and supportive school environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team to support K-5th grade students.

    Position Details:

    + Location: Naperville, IL

    + School: Elementary school setting, K-5th grade

    + Schedule: 8:05 AM - 3:50 PM

    + Dates: February - April

    + Caseload:

    + 16 students in a self-contained classroom

    + All push-in support

    + Team Support: Work closely with a PT, OT, social worker, interventionist, and psychologist.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide speech-language therapy services aligned with student IEPs.

    + Develop and implement individual goals and strategies to enhance communication and language skills.

    + Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

    + Engage in team meetings to discuss student progress and interventions.

    Qualifications:

    + Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

    + Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement

    + ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

    + Experience in school settings is a plus

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills
