Summary:

Meta Reality Labs (RL) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Developer Ecosystem organization. This role requires an experienced program and project manager who can collaborate with internal teams and external agencies and be instrumental in building and executing impactful strategic initiatives to drive growth within the ecosystem. You will partner with key stakeholders, focusing on driving growth and enabling ecosystem success by building and executing scalable creator and developer programs to help drive exponential growth through education, community building, and events. This role will collaborate with Product Marketing, Programs, Scaled Partnerships, and product teams to ensure a measurable and coordinated outcome.

Required Skills:

Program Manager - Developer Ecosystem Growth Responsibilities:

1. Build and launch programs designed to activate developers building on the Quest platform - aligned to growth initiatives for all verticals globally in region

2. Responsible for leading global developer contests, hackathons and other scaled funded initiatives

3. Build and nurture a robust developer pipeline, collect valuable product feedback, and champion regional developer needs internally

4. Formulate and mobilize high-growth strategic partnerships that deliver innovative and transformative programs, with a particular focus on differentiated best in class solutions

5. Educate developers on our platform through communication channels in partnership with Product Marketing

6. Track and measure insights, and partner with Data Science teams to understand and track program metrics, and report out on targets.

7. Partner closely with Developer Advocates, cross-functional team, and global counterparts to help execute your programs and scale globally

Minimum Qualifications:

8. 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, Go-To-Market campaigns or events, related experience working with digital creators, game developers, partner management or digital marketing programs

9. Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as product, design, marketing, user research, and content creators

10. Proven understanding of developer growth tactics

11. Proven experience in program development, growth management or related roles, with a track record of launching and scaling 0 to 1 initiatives

12. Understanding of how to run and measure growth-focused program effectiveness with relevant KPIs

13. Experience translating insights and data into highly impactful results

14. Experience leading cross-functional efforts across competing priorities and constrained resources

15. Bachelor's degree or higher

16. Knowledge of XR technologies and familiarity with the Quest platform

17. Experience working closely with VR, MR or AR developer communities

18. Experience working with large datasets

19. Proven track record with high standards of professionalism

20. Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience building effective working relationships inside and outside Meta

21. Understanding of Community building and Development

22. Curriculum Development and Event Strategy experience a plus

Public Compensation:

$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
