    Your Responsibilities

    As a Part-Time Student Apprentice Customer Service Representative (CSR) for John Deere Financial-Johnston located in Johnston, Iowa you will:

    Research, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries.

     

    Contact customers to resolve outstanding customer service issues.

     

    Assist supervisors in the continuous improvement of the customer service delivery process.

     

    Document customer interactions and product/service issues, enter descriptive information online to provide history and tracking of issue resolution

     

    Collect on past due accounts utilizing available technology and collection strategies. Negotiate payment plans with past due customers.

     

    Assist with account resolutions for misapplied cash and refer problem accounts to supervisors.

     

    Manage assigned accounts to maintain low levels of delinquency.
