• Sales Support Specialist

If so, Alaant Workforce Solutions has partnered with a state-of-the-art technology solutions organization to find a Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in driving sales operations, supporting the outside sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction!

    Hours and Benefits for the Sales Support Specialist:

    + $52,000 - $60,000 per year

    + Onsite, 5 days per week

    + 8:00am to 5:00pm (flexible)

    + 3 weeks PTO, Paid Holidays and 401(k) match

    + Employer-paid health, dental, and vision benefits offered through CDPHP

    Responsibilities for the Sales Support Specialist:

    + Manage product inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups while supporting distributor contracts and sales administration

    + Maintain accurate customer data in CRM/accounting systems, process repairs, and ensure proper invoicing documentation

    + Coordinate with outside sales on calendars and quotes, and compile sales reports for management

    + Support marketing efforts, trade show logistics, and handle travel bookings and incoming calls

    Requirements for the Sales Support Specialist:

    + Bachelor’s degree or associate degree and 1–2 years of sales or office admin experience

    + Strong communication skills

    + Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills

    + Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
