Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining the warehouse and equipment. Responsible for procuring supplies and equipment in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops methodology for comprehensive policies and standard operating procedures for maintaining the warehouse and equipment. Owns responsibility for overseeing inventory management and documentation as well as the subsequent procuring of necessary supplies and equipment to maximize warehouse efficiencies while at the same time controlling overhead costs.
+ Executes both routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Sr Rep, Warehouse area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
+ Follows area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
+ Maintains responsibility for picking orders for patients from the warehouse and packs appropriately for delivery to patient’s homes, also gathering supplies and equipment for patient orders in preparation for shipment delivery.A
+ Assists with inventory control, including purchasing, receiving, stocking, and recordkeeping.
+ Communicates with customers, pharmacists, home patient representatives and nurses to monitor the quality of goods and services. Handles customer complaints.
+ Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
+ Ensures proper rotation and maintenance of inventory.
+ Performs accounts payable functions for all shipping and delivery supplies. Handles all incoming and outgoing shipments. Receives all incoming shipments and disseminates to appropriate person.
+ Performs general housekeeping duties in the warehouse. Backs up purchasing representative
+ Assists with purchasing and delivery/warehouse activities, as well as assists less experienced technicians.
+ Participates in performance improvement activities as directed.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
+ Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
+ 2 years warehouse work experience
+ Proficiency with Microsoft business software
+ Strong service orientation and customer service attitude
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent detail orientation and time management skills
+ Function independently

+ Regular lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with occasional 100 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years of related work experience
Education
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
