    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a growing Waukesha, WI area organization in the recruiting for an HRIS Administrator to join their team due to growth. This role will oversee and maintain the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for their dynamic organization partnering closely with the HR, IT and key stakeholders to support company objectives. With a recent HRIS system conversion, you will also be big part in implementing system enhancements and new modules.

     

    This is a permanent placement opportunity in the Waukesha, WI area.

    Key Responsibilities

    + System Administration: Configure, maintain, and regularly update the HRIS to support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and learning and development.

    + Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of employee data by conducting regular audits and implementing robust data management practices.

    + Reporting & Analytics: Generate customized reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and stakeholders as needed.

    + Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements to optimize HR workflows.

    + User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, provide end-user training, and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner.

    + Compliance: Ensure HRIS compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as data governance policies and organizational standards.

    + Vendor Management: Partner with third-party HRIS vendors to address software updates, technical issues, and support initiatives effectively.

    + Project Management: Lead or support HRIS implementation projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new module rollouts, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management, administration, or related roles.

    • Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, including system management and optimization.

    • Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll, benefits, and employee records management.

    • Ability to conduct data audits and ensure accuracy in reporting.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

    • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
