    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

    + 1–5 years of experience managing social media channels and campaigns, with a strong portfolio of prior work (Source: SG25 US Marketing and Creative.docx).

    + Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).

    + In-depth knowledge of each social platform’s algorithms, audience trends, and best practices.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create compelling content.

    + Proficiency in understanding social media advertising campaigns and paid promotions.

    + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

    + Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
