We’re partnering with a well-established and growing company in Mission Viejo that is seeking a results-driven detail oriented to join their high-performing team. This contract-to-permanent role offers the chance to work alongside industry leaders, make an immediate impact, and grow your accounting career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do: Take ownership of cash flow management, delivering real-time insights to drive decision-making Lead the preparation and posting of General Ledger entries with precision and accuracy Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and ensure integrity in financial reporting Drive the month-end close process, preparing journal entries and financial statements Process and oversee high-volume AP/AR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and file year-end 1099 forms Deliver impactful financial reports and dashboards to support leadership Collaborate on special projects and strategic initiatives that shape business growth Work with advanced systems like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline operations Be a key player in maintaining compliance and enhancing internal controls Requirements 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in construction, real estate, or homebuilding Proven expertise in full-cycle accounting, GAAP, and financial reporting Tech-savvy and confident working with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP) Analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and can-do attitude
