Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, leave management, and employee relations. This position involves managing HR operations for a large workforce, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment activities, including posting job openings, managing requisitions, and screening candidates.
• Coordinate leave administration processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist with workers' compensation claims and follow through on required documentation.
• Provide support for employee benefits administration and related inquiries.
• Manage HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and ATS to maintain accurate employee records.
• Conduct background checks and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support both east and west coast operations.
• Track and report on HR metrics to support organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all HR activities.
Requirements • Proficiency with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and ATS.
• Hands-on experience with leave administration and workers' compensation processes.
• Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices, including job posting and candidate management.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and related functions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Office applications for reporting and documentation.
• Experience conducting background checks and handling sensitive employee information.
