    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Radnor, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position ideal for Payroll Specialist with a strong background in payroll processing and accounting systems. The role involves handling multi-state payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations for a large workforce.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll for up to 1,000 employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    • Manage general ledger reporting and assist with payroll-related reconciliations on a monthly basis.

    • Update payroll systems with new employee information and maintain employee records.

    • Handle bi-weekly and weekly payroll cycles for both salaried and hourly employees.

    • Process timecards and ensure proper documentation for all payroll transactions.

    • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless payroll and financial integration.

    • Address payroll discrepancies and provide solutions to ensure accurate processing.

    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

    • Support benefits administration tasks, including 401(k) contributions and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with multi-state payroll.

    • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now; experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.

    • Strong understanding of payroll systems, accounting functions, and general ledger reporting.

    • Familiarity with payroll compliance laws, including multi-state regulations.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing large-scale payrolls.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
