Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in American Fork, Utah. In this role, you will support a variety of human resources functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee record management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation and processing of paperwork for new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
• Conduct and coordinate onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR management system.
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and precise processing of payroll updates and changes.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment processes and providing detailed explanations of benefit plans.
• Manage employee leave requests, ensuring proper tracking and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, fostering clear communication and understanding.
• Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR practices align with legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements
•1-3 years of experience in a human resources role, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
• Proficiency in HR software system
• Familiarity with benefits administration and leave management, including FMLA compliance.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge of payroll coordination and related procedures.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR compliance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.
