As a Sr. Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for optimizing our supply chain operations for the AIS North America and Europe Distribution Network while supporting Supply Planning for key LOBs. Leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and experience in supply planning, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand. Your role in collaborating with cross-functional teams will ensure accurate demand forecasting, supply planning, and performance monitoring, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Through the identification and implementation of process improvements, you will elevate the overall efficiency of our supply chain, positioning it for sustained success.
You will report directly to our Supply Chain Director, and you'll be able work out of our Morris Plains, New Jersey, Houston, TX, or Charlotte, NC locations.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring its resilience and adaptability in a dynamic business landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Partner with the Supply Chain team to drive standard processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply/Inventory Planning.
+ Guide the monthly planning cycle for the North America and Europe Distribution Network, ensuring finished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
+ Lead SIOP supply planning process, including translation of demand plan into feasible supply plan requirements
+ Capacity planning (assets, materials supply, contract manufacturers)
+ Identify and escalate materials constraints with procurement for resolution
+ Facilitate and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
+ Facilitate the development of the supply planning team through training, coaching, and mentoring.
+ Translate business objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a performance-driven advantage in the product portfolio.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
+ Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module)
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
+ Experience with SAP ERP systems.
+ Experience with Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.
+ APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft applications.
+ Excellent people-oriented skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multitask, prioritize, and delegate.
+ Ability to work with both internal and external customers.
