We are seeking an experienced **Accounts Payable Specialist** with a strong background in vendor and invoice management. This role plays a vital part in supporting our finance operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining control over departmental budgets. Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee the full accounts payable process, including onboarding new vendors and managing invoice workflow from receipt to payment
+ Review invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and proper documentation
+ Manage artist and project-related budgets, ensuring alignment with PO and invoice data
+ Handle PO requests: enter, review, and ensure accuracy of all related data in the internal systems
+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues
+ Query, analyze, and reconcile large volumes of financial data with precision
Requirements
+ Minimum **3+ years of experience** in accounts payable or vendor/invoice management
+ Solid understanding of A/P processes, budgeting, and PO systems
+ Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** Experience with ERP or accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
**Pay Details:** $24.90 per hour
