    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is excited to collaborate with a top-tier healthcare organization in Palo Alto, CA to recruit a **Customer Service Specialist** for a **local contract opportunity** in a hospital environment.

    What You'll Do:

    + Welcomes and engages with patients, families, and visitors upon arrival at the hospital and associated clinics.

    + Offers guidance and assistance with transportation needs, including shuttle service information across the hospital campus and other clinic locations.

    + Delivers outstanding customer service both in person and via phone, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and their families.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Over one year of experience in a healthcare environment, such as hospitals, clinics, dental offices, or long-term care facilities.

    + Familiar with EPIC or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems.

    + Open to short-term contract roles ranging from 8 to 13 weeks in duration.

    Compensation:

    $22.00 – $26.45/hr

     

    _Rate is determined based on experience and certifications._

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $26.45 per hour
