Job Description:
Ensure the accurate and timely processing, printing, and distribution of payroll checks, in accordance with company policies and procedures and government legal requirements. Process payroll for 300-500 employees. Responsible for calculating prevailing wage and job cost - union/non-union. Write up and enter any adjustments to payroll, such as garnishments, deductions, wage assignments, vacation checks, bonus checks, advances, etc. Request all supplemental checks, such as child support, employee savings deposits, net deposits, and taxes. Process monthly billings for health and dental insurance and union dues. Ensure completion and maintenance of all required records, filings, and reports pertaining to payroll. Ensure timely filing of all required government forms and reports. Complete all monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and filings. Process, request, and end IRS and state tax checks.

Qualifications:
+ 1-3+ years of experience in payroll
+ Experience with multi-state payroll processing
+ Willingness to learn union payroll, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reporting
+ Proficiency in Excel, with pivot tables and vlookups being beneficial
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
