Logan Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled CVOR RN Surgery Circulator to join our dynamic Operating Room team. In this vital role, you will be a patient advocate and integral team member, providing expert care from the first incision to the final stitch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Ensure patient safety and comfort through precise positioning and preparation.

    + Place access lines (IVs, Foley catheters) to support critical care.

    + Maintain a sterile environment and prepare surgical sites for efficient procedures.

    + Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.

    + Coordinate across departments for comprehensive, continuous patient care.

    + Support OR efficiency through prepping, cleaning, and stocking surgical spaces.

    Qualifications:

    + Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with Montana authorization.

    + BSN preferred.

    + Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a medical setting.

    + HCP CPR and/or BLS certification required.

    + Strong understanding of professional nursing theory, medical terminology, and patient care principles.

    + Familiarity with OSHA regulations, infection control procedures, and HIPAA guidelines.

    + Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

    Shift:

    Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)

    Schedule:

    Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
