    The Corporate Warranty Analyst is responsible for preparing, recording, and submitting warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciles them accordingly.

    Responsibilities:

    + Process claims for assigned vendors, ensure claim information in WCC is current, and review schedules for assigned dealers/vendors.

    + Ensure all documentation is complete per vendor requirements.

    + Verify criteria required by factory or distributor using warranty checklist.

    + Reconcile all warranty receivables with credits received through the appropriate accounting schedule.

    + Ensure that dealers are following up on open task responses.

    + Code credits for input by posting clerk.

    + Resubmit all rejected claims promptly or receive authorization to write them off.

    + Follow up on payment of outstanding claims.

    + Must be proficient with internet based computer programs and have basic general accounting knowledge.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

    + Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Suite Applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

    + Strong attention to detail and strong data entry skills.

    + Ability to understand basic financial statements.

    + One year related warranty experience - preferred.
