Compensation Range: $55,000-70,000 USD annual

The Opportunity
A member of AGI’s marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will have a wide range of assignments developing and implementing marketing campaigns, collateral materials and assisting with digital marketing and event/trade show promotions.
The Team
The role will report directly to the Commercial Marketing Director and will be an integral member of the Marketing team.
Responsibilities
+ Plan and implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales patterns and business priorities; prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; plan and organize promotional presentations; update presentations, materials, creative assets and copy decks.
+ Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphic design; photography and video vendors, 3D artists and various technology partners.
+ Support sales staff by analyzing sales data/research, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information.
+ Monitor competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; understand trends and customer priorities.
+ Lead the planning and execution of special regional and national events and tradeshows.
+ Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
+ Update job knowledge by closely following the agricultural sector and participating in relevant educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
+ Maintain positive and productive relationships with the internal team as well as external agencies, vendors, and customers.
+ Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility is consistent with the company and brand positioning.
Qualifications
+ A bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
+ Ability to work in English as well as Spanish (written and spoken fluency)
+ Preference given to B2B marketing organization experience in complex matrix or international structures.
+ Must possess an inquisitive and creative mind.
+ Must be independent and self-directed but have the capability to build and lead a team.
+ Strong grounding in digital / technology marketing approaches
+ Comfortable working in fast paced, fluid and dynamic growth organizations.
+ Excellent team player
+ Ability to travel nationally and globally
+ Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
+ Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
+ Familiarity with CRMs tools, lead gen management
