• Machine Operator 4th Shift

    Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator 4th Shift

    **Location:** Lincoln, NH

    **Pay Range:** $18.63 per hour + 12% Shift Differential

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate various machines and equipment to assist in manufacturing processes.

    + Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and manufacturing instructions.

    + Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.

    + Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.

    + Report any safety hazards or product defects to management promptly.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.

    + Basic math skills and the ability to follow directions.

    + Experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required.

    + Ability to use basic hand tools effectively.

    + Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
