Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to add a Data & App Solution Architect to their team. This role is a 12-month contract-to-hire position and requires remote work from India. As a Data & App Solution Architect, you will design and implement Azure Cloud Architecture, data warehouses, Medallion Architecture, and data modeling solutions. You will work with tools and technologies such as Databricks, Unity Catalog, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Security. Your role will involve integrating APIs, Azure Functions, and event-driven architectures, while ensuring security through IAM, Key Vault, and Azure Active Directory. You will also design solutions for Data Lakehouse vs. Data Warehouse and application architecture.

This role will pay between 25 LPA and 35 LPA. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees in this role are also entitled to 11 paid holidays, paid sick leave, and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Architecture: Azure Cloud Architecture, data warehouse, Medallion Architecture, data modeling.

Tools & Technologies: Databricks, Unity Catalog, Azure Data Factory, Azure Security.

Integration: APIs, Azure Functions, event-driven architectures.

Security: IAM, Key Vault, Azure Active Directory.

Design: Data Lakehouse vs. Data Warehouse, application architecture. Experience with advanced Azure security practices.

Familiarity with additional data integration tools.
