Job Description

Coordinates a variety of inventory and distribution activities according to established policies and procedures. Ensures all requisitions have been filled accurately and completely.

Job Responsibility

+ Coordinates tasks related to the receipt of supplies from vendors (validating order, verifying item quality, entering delivery information into department computer system).

+ Ensures supplies are safely and functionally placed in storeroom using proper storage distribution techniques.

+ Facilitates the continuous inventory of storeroom to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.

+ Communicates inventory updates, discrepancies, and shortages to management.

+ Coordinates the distribution of outgoing supplies to departments.

+ Ensures all transactions are accurately documented and logged.

+ Trains department staff in various inventory and distribution activities, according to established policies and procedures.

+ Facilitates the cleanliness and organization of storeroom at all times.

Job Qualification

+ Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

+ 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $32.58-$32.58/hour
