    Responsibilities

    • Handle account reconciliations with a sharp eye for detail

    • Efficiently manage bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

    • Conduct CAM reconciliations as part of the lease management process

    • Mail invoices in a timely manner to maintain smooth business operations

    • Contribute to the expansion of our real estate division through diligent work and effective team collaboration

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Property Accounting is essential for this role.

    • Must possess strong skills in CAM Reconciliations and/or lease administration.

    • Experience with Bank Reconciliations is required.
