Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the (Deputy Sea Combat Commander Syndicate Lead) Commander, Carrier Strike Group FIFTEEN of COMMANDER THIRD FLEET. Responsibilities You will serve as the Executive Agent for Commander (Navy O-9 Admiral), C3F by providing live-event and synthetic training, mentoring, and assessment of all deploying Carrier Strike Groups. You will serve as CSG-15 (Carrier Strike Group) lead civilian agent, expert and the Senior Staff Officer for the development of all fleet readiness training assessment for CSGs, Expeditionary strike Groups (ESGs) and ships deploying independently. You will participate in the identification, validation and justification of training requirements, assessment criteria, data collection and procedures for all CSG-15 missions, resources and policies You will provide exercise oversight, exercise coordination, and exercise command and control over a team of watch standers in the Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG). You will provide administrative support and technical supervision over civilian, military and contractor employees. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and executing Fleet readiness training programs for surface combatants to support deployment readiness ensuring compliance with policy and regulations.
