We are looking for a meticulous Sr. Accountant to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. In this role, you will oversee critical accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive account reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.

• Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting principles.

• Manage bank reconciliations to confirm proper cash flow and financial reporting.

• Oversee general ledger activities, including posting and reviewing entries.

• Prepare and post journal entries with precision and adherence to deadlines.

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create financial reports.

• Work within Oracle systems to manage and maintain financial records effectively.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.

• Demonstrated expertise in bank reconciliations and general ledger management.

• Strong skills in preparing journal entries and managing month-end close processes.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle systems for accounting and finance tasks.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
