Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney with 4–5 years of experience in commercial and personal injury matters to join their growing team. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision and strategic insight

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and courtroom success

Manage cases from discovery and depositions through trial

Collaborate with senior attorneys while receiving direct mentorship to build your own book of business

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (New Jersey bar admission is a plus)

Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills

Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to case management
