A well-respected and established law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in employment defense, to join their dynamic and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to deepen their practice in employment law while enjoying meaningful mentorship and a positive firm culture.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage a caseload of employment-related civil litigation matters
+ Handle discovery, law and motion, depositions, and court appearances
+ Collaborate with partners on case strategy and trial preparation
+ Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of civil litigation experience (employment defense strongly preferred)
+ Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
+ Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
+ Proactive, organized, and team-oriented

Requirements
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in defense.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong skills in legal research, motion drafting, and trial preparation.
• Familiarity with case management and document management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment.
• Passion for providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable client outcomes.
