    As a Senior Quality Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance with industry benchmarks. You will work closely with the Quality Engineering team to perform inspections, tests, and audits to identify and resolve quality issues. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality control will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

     

    You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our El Paso, TX location on a full-time, on-site work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the quality of our products and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform inspections, tests, and audits to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards

    • Identify and resolve quality issues, working closely with the Quality Engineering team

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement

    • Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field

    • 5+ years of experience in quality control or related field

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate inspections and tests

    • Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
