Position Details
Status: Full-Time or Part-TimeDepartment: Primary Care InstituteSetting: 100% Outpatient – with flexible options for urban, suburban, and rural practices
Practice Highlights
+ Flexible scheduling including 4- or 5-day workweeks, telemedicine integration, and part-time availability
+ Manageable daily patient volumes with a typical schedule of 18–22 patients per day
+ Shared telephone-only call coverage
+ Strong team-based support with Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Care Managers, and Pharmacists
+ Fully integrated Epic EMR across all sites

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
