    Job Title: Superintendent

    Job Description

    Superintendents oversee daily operations on a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure proper PPE is being worn while on site.

    + Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials.

    + Communicate effectively with the project management team, clients, and subcontractors.

    + Take detailed site photos.

    + Complete project look-ahead schedules and reporting within Excel.

    + Problem-solve and enforce regulations.

    + Keep the site running efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + 3 - 5+ years of experience as a lead superintendent on site.

    + Experience in commercial construction.

    + Any OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred but OSHA 10 is accepted).

    + High ability to communicate and articulate project details effectively.

    + Ability to comprehend and interpret project plans.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience supporting restaurant construction projects (multi-tenant, gas stations, and medical offices is a plus but not required).

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    + Ability to operate a forklift (certification not required).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
