Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have logistics experience or related field experience, with a strong understanding of reading a bill of lading (BOL). Proficiency in EDI Software, Microsoft Suite, and SAP is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

+ Coordinate logistics and freight forwarding activities.

+ Handle transportation arrangements and ensure timely delivery of goods.

+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.

+ Read and interpret bills of lading (BOL) accurately.

+ Utilize EDI Software and Microsoft Suite for daily operations.

+ Manage supply chain processes and invoicing tasks.

+ Collaborate with team members and superusers for system use and troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

+ Logistics background or related field experience preferred.

+ Proficiency in reading and understanding bills of lading (BOL).

+ Experience with EDI Software and Microsoft Suite.

+ SAP experience required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ Experience in supply chain management and invoicing.

Work Environment

Training is conducted onsite 3 days per week for the first month. Once trained, you will work onsite 1-2 days per week and work from home the rest of the week. We provide all necessary equipment, including a laptop and monitor. Our system has transitioned from Oracle to SAP. Flexible start and end times are available as long as you complete an 8-hour workday. This role offers opportunities for growth and the potential to move into a team lead position, with clear training and support from a superuser when needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
