Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 10 years of experience in program management.

+ 10 years of experience with machine learning.

Preferred qualifications:

+ 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Ability to assess engineering problems, understand the interplay between program and technical issues, and contribute to shaping technical directions .

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (Search, YouTube, etc.) and Google Cloud. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Partner with key engineering leads/stakeholders, influence ML System Roadmap by evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.

+ Lead end-to-end development and landing of next-gen ML Systems.

+ Drive a portfolio of tracks to make direct and measurable impact on customer adoption.

+ Engage with C-Level executives and cross functional leaders to strategize and drive ML Hardware HW/System roadmap.

+ Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis. Drive tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels
