    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced **Flight Readiness Technician** at the South Carolina Delivery Center. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in aircraft production and delivery, ensuring the highest safety and performance standards.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform **flight test installations** and **aircraft functional testing**

    + Troubleshoot **pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems**

    + Conduct **pre-flight and post-flight checks** along with maintenance and modifications

    + Identify and resolve issues during testing and aircraft operations

    + Verify work accuracy and assist with **system & sub-system inspections**

    + Plan and schedule assignments while demonstrating professional aerospace standards

    What You Bring:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Ability to work **any shift** (days, nights, weekends)

    + **6+ months** of experience in avionics, electrical systems, and live aircraft operations

    + Knowledge of **Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risk**

    + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license**

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + **3+ years** of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience

    + **FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License**

    + Experience with **production systems** and **787 Program**

    + Knowledge of **Field/Flight Line Operations**
