Overview
**Important:** This is a full-time, in-office position requiring 5 days per week at our Irving (DFW), TX office.
How You'll Make an Impact
Epsilon is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for Epsilon’s sales team across a range of advertising, marketing, and media solutions. Reporting to the manager, Sales Development, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives on building a healthy pipeline, and is eager to develop their career in sales.
What You’ll Achieve
+ Identify and create new qualified opportunities for the sales team.
+ Conduct high-volume prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads.
+ Work closely with the Manager, Sales Development to develop and refine the sales development playbook.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to create 1:1 campaigns to drive demand.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
+ Provide clear and concise communication to prospects and internal teams.
+ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
Who You Are

+ You have a proven track record in sales development, with 2+ experience in generating leads and qualifying opportunities.
+ You are passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
+ You are detail-oriented and bring a metrics-driven mindset to managing all aspects of the lead funnel.
+ You are a self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
+ You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
+ Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
+ Ability to test assumptions, troubleshoot issues, and experiment with new approaches to improve productivity.
+ Knowledge of CRM systems, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io), and other tools that drive SDR productivity and data visibility across customer segments.
+ Experience in engaging with senior-level decision-makers, to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
