Carrier Rental Systems is seeking a motivated, energetic, customer-focused individual to join the organization as a HVAC Technician to support our Arlington/Dallas Rentals Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver, troubleshoot, and clean HVAC rental equipment and related products, including but not limited to air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 1,000 tons and Hot water boilers up to 200 hp.

+ Maintain, service, and install rental systems on commercial, Industrial, and residential jobs.

+ Maintain accurate field service reports, including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs.

+ Regular use of power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment to service and repair rental systems as needed.

+ Operate equipment, vehicles, including forklifts.

+ Load and unload trucks.

+ Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.

+ Perform other duties to support the business as needed, including inventory count, general maintenance, cleaning, lifting, and organizing.

Required Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED

+ The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Valid Driver's License

+ EPA 608 Universal license

+ 3+ years of Commercial HVAC experience, including servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment.

+ HVAC and Chiller experience

+ 1+ year experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

+ Associate degree or HVAC technical certification

+ HVAC Rentals experience

+ Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain one with Carrier vendor
