• Contract & Invoice Operations Analyst

    Job Description

    One of our largest Fortune 10 technology clients seeks a Contracts & Invoicing Analyst to join a team in the data center space. This individual will facilitate contract, PO, and invoicing execution for a product design team with a focus specifically on invoicing/payment processing responsibilities. Additionally, this individual will support budget management, assist with cash flow and PO/budget reconciliation, and provide monthly updates on cash flow status. This engagement expects a fast ramp-up time, working on a team of six, on fully remote basis.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Exposure to internal Google tools: PMT, SIMBA, BuyingHub, Ariba, Buganizer, Ebuilder, etc.

     

    Strong knowledge and experience with invoicing/payment processing across multiple layers/teams

     

    Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and proactivity

     

    Prior experience on a Google contracts team Experience leading/training team members

    High volume (70+) contracts touched per week in previous role null
