We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in Doral, Florida. The role involves managing various aspects of our logistics operations, including the utilization of business systems and ERP solutions. As a critical part of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient and effective logistics processes in our organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of logistics coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Utilize business systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to manage logistical processes.

• Handle the CRM and Cargowise systems effectively for optimal logistics management.

• Engage in About Time and Billing Functions processes to ensure timely and accurate logistics operations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing logistics and resolving customer inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

• Ensure the seamless integration and functioning of ERP Solutions within the logistics framework.

Requirements

• Proficiency in business systems is required

• Familiarity with Cargowise software is expected

• Experience in using CRM tools is necessary

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential

• Understanding of ERP Solutions is a prerequisite

• Proficiency in About Time software is beneficial

• Ability to perform billing functions effectively is needed

• Strong communication skills are crucial

• Outstanding customer service skills are required

• Knowledge of customs procedures is needed

• Previous experience in logistics is a must
