    Hours Per Week: 16 Hours per Week (with "Med Rad Sponsorship" #77907 - 24 Hours per Week)

     

    Work Schedule: Variable

    Summary:

    Employees participating in the Rad Student Sponsorship program, will work up to 20 hours per week for the duration of that sponsorship as a Radiology Assistant throughout the department. The assistant will float to modalities as needed, under the direction of the Director of Imaging.

    Responsibilities:

    + Performs tasks of a clinical nature within scope of assigned duties and clinical expertise.

    + Provides excellent service with focus on patient and/or customer experience.

    + Assists with patient check-in and scheduling.

    + Assists with exam procedures and patient transporting.

    + Assists in all modalities and clinical services per operational needs.

    + Utilizes a variety of equipment, computers and software.

    + Performs exam review, chart prep and patient education as directed.

    + Works with members of the team in an effective and efficient manner.

    + Assists with stocking and maintain supplies.

    + Other Duties as assigned or required.
